The California Child Care Resource & Referral Network, along with the local R&R programs housed throughout the state, provide information and education materials that help parents identify, select, and secure child care that best meets their needs.

The toll-free phone line, 1.800.KIDS.793, offers information from specialists who can guide parents to local, state-funded child care resource and referral programs. Callers enter their five-digit zip code and then request either automated information or the opportunity to speak directly with a child care specialist. Information is in English and Spanish.
